Mike Stapleton, Managing Director of Stapleton Frost

Mike Stapleton, Managing Partner

Mike is our Managing Partner. He brings deep expertise in capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, LP fund placements, IPOs, and DPOs. As an Investment Banker, he holds FINRA Series 24, 7, and 63 registrations, along with the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation from Broadridge and Fi360. He is a graduate of Purdue University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in legal studies.

Linda Frost, Partner

Linda Frost, Senior Vice President

Linda is our Senior Vice President. In addition to her work at Stapleton Frost, she is a licensed healthcare professional. She supports client engagements across the real estate, medical, and life sciences sectors. As a Registered Nurse with dual degrees in nursing and fine arts, Linda brings a blend of clinical expertise, operational leadership, and design fluency to her role.
